We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are a small startup, and we don't have a warehouse full of ready-made dresses, which means if you order a size 8 and realize you actually need a size 10, we'll need to make it for you, just like the last one! Please do keep this in mind. For items in stock, they will be shipped out within 1-2 days. If your event is very urgent, please contact our Customer Service to confirm if the dress you want is in stock. We offer free shipping to most countries except for some distant places.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, here's what to do:
1. Check Common Delivery Locations
- Look around your delivery address (porch, mailbox, side door, garage, or with a neighbor)
- Ask household members or building management if they accepted the package
2. Contact Your Carrier
- Reach out to your local post office or courier service with your tracking number
- Not sure which carrier delivered your package? Please contact our customer service team.
3. Report a Missing Package
-If your package cannot be located after contacting the carrier, you may choose to:
- Contact our customer service team, and we will open a case with the carrier on your behalf, or
- Open a case directly with the carrier to expedite resolution
