I ordered 2 dresses from My homecoming dress. 1 was very nice,the other didn't suit me. I immediately emailed the company explaining I would like to send 1 dress back. There was no return label in the parcel or any information how to return if not suitable. I still have not had a response from the company regarding how to return. I am however very pleased with 1 of the dresses.

The selection is very impressive, which is why we chose to shop at babyonlinewholesale. Dress arrived quickly--another plus, it was in great condition--another plus, but the sizing was off, as was the color. Expected a more pastel mint green and it was a bright spring green. My daughter's measurements fit into the size chart with some room to spare,(she is tiny)but the dress would not zip. No return label provided, and must use UPS--which is difficult to get correct postage from UPS out here in a rural setting. Only one UPS depot for several counties and limited hours. Returns must go back quickly--which was also difficult to meet deadline due to the UPS situation. On another plus side--the people at Promshop were easy to deal with and were available to accept calls in person. If there could be another acceptable return carrier, the experience would have been above average most definitely. Hopefully, getting the refund posted to my card will not be an issue, I am assuming it will not be.
