I ordered a dress which came very quickly. However the wrong size had come. Somehow when I ordered it had reverted back to size 6. I requested an exchange and was told to include £3 postage. As the order was postage free I was not impressed so I simply returned it and placed a fresh order for the size I wanted. When my refund came through £2.50 had been deducted off it!

I went exactly by the measurements and instructions and the dress was still too small. I had to pay to ship the dress back then wait to be re-issued a code (which was quick) then purchase the dress again in a larger size. This time I have to pay to get overnight delivery which is still almost 2 weeks from now and pay $46 because they couldn't get the dress quick enough. I'm praying this dress fits my daughter, if not I've lost over $350 and she won't have a dress. I suggest buying in store where you can try it on.
