Normally wear a 10 but ordered a 14 per the size chart. Dress was so small I couldn't even zip it. Tried to exchange for a larger size and was told my color wasn't available in ANY other size. So I sent it in for return and they still charged me the 15% restocking fee.

My daughter had been looking for a specific, hard-to-find, dress for a while. All other retailers did not have it in stock or the shipping dates were way past the timeframe in which we needed it. She was able to get exactly what she wanted in the right color and size. The ordering process, size charts and overall experience were exceptional. The dress arrived much quicker than expected. The dress fit very well. The overall quality of the garment was impeccable.
