Didn't have dress I wanted in stock so rang to enquire when would be in stock and was told it may be on the next delivery we get but then again maybe not. Ordered a different dress instead to then get told oh that one is out of stock in the size I bought and paid for so got a full refund and went elsewhere!

I have placed an order on My homecoming dress web site on 29th of May,rang the phone line on Monday the 2nd of June with a question regarding another item and have been told that my order has been dispatched on Friday the 30th of may and I should receive it within 2-5 working days.On Thursday the 5th of June I've made another phone call to trace my dress and have been told that within 30min someone will call me back with information.3 hours later I phoned again and have been given a Royal Mail tracking number.I've decided to wait until Monday the 9th of June before tracking the parcel.On Wednesday 11th of June I've made a phone call to My homecoming dress and have been told to track the item on Royal Mail's site.All my attempts were unsuccessful and I rang Royal Mail to be told that this is untrackable service.Made another phone call to MED to be told to wait more.As I needed the dress for 13th of June there was no point for me to wait any longer. Yesterday 23rd of June I've made my final call to MED to request my payment to be refunded as I still haven't received the dress.Funny enough within 5 min my money were back in my account.I am still wondering what went wrong with my order? Lovely dresses on picture but unfortunately never seen on in real.Will not use the site again!
